Some Image Work i did for the main menu where you select your dificulty.


Yeah they are rough drafts but what do you think? i dont think they turned out all that bad...

Also: did some work on the cards... yeah they aint exactly a new improved OMG design but i think they are nice.

I really like the image of the geisha in a floating cage that is shown on the first screen of the haXe version. (Haven't played the C# version lately so do not know if it is still used there somewhere...)

I also use this image in the Help and About panels within the game.

I'd like to use it for the fourth choice on the difficulty selection screen - Apparently the C# version has this button to select a "sandbox" mode (?) e.g. free play (?) - the haXe version uses this 4th button to permit you to change various parameters of the game you are about to initiate (and i plan on more options). Right now it is labelled "Custom Game" and I am going to change it to "Configure Game".

It would be nice to have version of the the Geisha in a Cage image for this 4th button in the haXe game, similar to your easy, normal, hard images.

Oh and also a nice large(ish) version which is more akin to your card images....

Just hoping you might have the time and the desire.....

the photos are nice and i like the style, but im just not sure, depending on what direction the game(s) are going in if they might need a different color or something, and are you planing on adding people to the game? (since i see 3 new people.)

as for the Geisha in the cage, what exactly do you want me to do with her?
I was actually thinking of using that image as the "Card Back" for the Jokers... but that was just my idea i hadn't run it by anyone.

i dont want any of the original images and look to be "destroyed" so i am trying to salvage as much as possible.

I actually like that idea for the joker card back.

For future reference, there's a button above the reply box that says "Host an image". Right next to the line break button. Use that to host the image right on the forums. But you were so kind as to put the image with the haXe release anyways, so here,

Yes that is the image I was referring to.

I was hoping that Blastburn would work his imagery magic on it in order to produce a 160x160 button image similar to his easy/skuld, normal/belldandy, hard/urd button images. It will be used in the haXe version of the game for the "Configure Game" function (e.g. the 4th button) on the difficulty selection screen that you see after choosing to initiate a New Game.

Also a larger version that has a consistent look with the other girl's images under development would be nice to have.

The flip side of the Jokers sounds great too.
